Questions If You Are Arrested
Have you or a loved one been arrested? What now? You must act quickly because every second counts. Call us immediately at (561) 738-7922. Do not discuss your case or sign a statement without an attorney present as this is evidence that can be used against you. Do not enter a plea without first obtaining legal advice – even for a minor offense.
We will fight your case before it goes to court. We know the importance of fighting a criminal complaint before charges are filed and the case goes to court. Even though someone has been arrested, charges have not actually been filed. This decision lies with a prosecutor. We will attempt to prevent this filing, or get the prosecutor to agree to reduced charges; i.e., felony to a misdemeanor.
